Saturday Yoga – October

🌿 Saturday Yoga: Outdoor Wellness Edition 🌿
Take a pause for your well-being this October with a special outdoor session of Saturday Yoga. Guided by Art Center Manager Katie Ginn, we’ll begin with mindful breathing and a gentle meditation walk, then flow into stretches beneath the calming branches of a centuries-old oak tree.
This class is all about centering the mind and body—finding balance, peace, and renewal in nature’s embrace. Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned yogi, you’ll leave feeling refreshed and restored.
Meet in the foyer of the RSJ Community Arts Center before we step outside. Please bring a mat if you have one—extras are available.
