The Arts Council and Wiggle Genius’ children’s theater production, “For the Love of Dance,” is a blend of theater and dance that offers opportunities for the audience to join in on the fun. Julie Hammond, a Mississippi Arts Commission teaching artist, said the production is geared toward empowering children to find ways to be themselves and “find their tribe.” The show has a variety of dance styles and music that go along with the theme. Admission is free! Reservations are not required.
