Lift Every Voice: A Celebration of Black Music Heritage

This evening will honor the enduring legacy and cultural impact of Black musicians whose artistry has shaped choral music, gospel, jazz, soul, R&B, hip-hop, neo-soul, and more. Through performance and narration, our students and ensembles will celebrate the innovation, resilience, and excellence that continue to influence the global musical landscape.
Featuring the AACS+ Chorale, Carpenter’s Wood, The Knights of Jazz, Winters School of Music Dance Company, and outstanding student soloists, the program reflects both historical depth and contemporary expression.
