Hattiesburg Arts Council is looking for up-and-coming artists who are looking for a place to show their work. The annual Emerging Artists Exhibit will spotlight local artists who are new to the local arts scene. A reception for the exhibit will be from 3-5 p.m. Saturday, November 15, at the Hattiesburg Cultural Center. A high school art exhibit will be shown at the same time in the cultural center loft.
