Start your weekend with a moment to slow down and reset. Join us for Saturday Yoga at the RSJ Community Arts Center—a light, welcoming session designed to help you ease into your weekend before heading out for brunch or the rest of your Saturday plans.
Each class includes a short meditation and gentle stretching, led by Art Center Manager Katie Ginn. This monthly gathering is perfect for all experience levels and a great way to begin your day feeling refreshed.
Bring your own yoga mat if you have one (we’ll have a few extras available) and meet us in the foyer of the RSJ Community Arts Center.
